1. Data Collected

Anonymous Data

We automatically collect anonymous data from every visitor to help monitor traffic and diagnose issues. This includes web requests, response data, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, browser language, device type, operating system, and timestamps.

Personal Information

When you create an account, we may ask you to provide personal details such as your name, email address, and profile information about your skin type, conditions, and preferences. This data is used solely to provide you with personalized skincare recommendations and is not shared with any third parties.

Facial and Skin Data

We know that facial data is sensitive and we take it very seriously.

Collection:Radia captures frontal, left-side, and right-side photographs of your face using your device's front-facing camera, solely for the purpose of skin health analysis. During the capture process, the app uses on-device face detection (via Google ML Kit) to guide you into the correct position — this detection data (such as face angle and position) is processed entirely on your device and is never stored or transmitted.

Use:Your face photographs are used exclusively for skin health analysis. Photos are sent to OpenAI's GPT-4 Vision API over an encrypted HTTPS connection to perform dermatological analysis, evaluating your skin across categories including clarity, hydration, texture, pore visibility, and skin tone evenness. The API returns numerical scores and textual recommendations — no facial recognition, biometric identification, or facial geometry mapping is performed. The analysis results are used to provide you with a personalized skin health score and product and habit recommendations. Your face photos are never used for advertising, user profiling, facial recognition, or any purpose beyond skin condition analysis.

Storage:On your device, face photographs are stored locally in the app's sandboxed file storage. Radia does not maintain any server-side storage of your face data. You can delete your scan data at any time from within the app, which permanently removes the photos from your device.

Sharing and Disclosure:Face photographs are transmitted to OpenAI's API (api.openai.com) solely for the purpose of skin analysis. Per OpenAI's API data usage policy, data submitted through their API is not used to train their models. No other third parties receive your face data.

Retention:On your device, face photographs are retained in the app's local storage until you choose to delete them. You can delete individual scans or all scan data from within the app at any time. On OpenAI's servers, transmitted images are retained for up to 30 days for abuse and misuse monitoring, after which they are automatically deleted. Radia does not maintain any server-side storage of your face data.

Device and Session Data

We use technologies like cookies and unique device identifiers to store session information and to anonymously identify your device. This data helps us deliver a better user experience.

Children and Minors

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us so we can take prompt corrective action.

2. Tracking and Analytics

We use tracking and analytics technologies to better understand how our services are used and to improve performance. These tools help us analyze usage trends and troubleshoot issues by collecting information such as:

• Device details and operating system information
• Browser settings and types
• Aggregated and anonymized usage patterns

We do not use tracking and analytics technologies to collect or store personal information about you outside of usage patterns of the software platform.

3. Sharing of Data

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information, including your photos, skin data, or skincare routines, with any third parties without your consent.

Your personal information may be disclosed if required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to address security, fraud, or technical issues.

If you are accessing our services from outside the United States, you agree to the transfer of information to servers located in the U.S. in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

4. Access to Your Information

You may sign into your account at any time to review, modify, or delete the personally identifiable information we have stored (such as your name, email, skin profile, or preferences). You may also contact us directly at radiaskinapp@gmail.com to request access or deletion of your data.

5. Location Data

We do not collect or use your precise geographic location unless you explicitly grant permission for such access. Location data, if granted, will be used solely for the purpose of providing seasonal and weather-based skincare recommendations.

When you choose to delete your account, we will promptly remove your personally identifiable information (such as your name, email, skincare information, personal photos, skin analysis data, and routine logs) and other associated preferences. Some non-identifiable information may be retained for record-keeping and analytics purposes.

7. Ad Tracking

We do not permit advertising companies to collect data through our services for ad targeting purposes. Should you choose to opt out of receiving promotional or marketing communications, you can adjust your preferences through your account settings.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure. We use appropriate encryption on pages where sensitive information is transmitted and stored. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

To operate our services effectively, we may disclose identifiable or anonymous information in limited circumstances:
